The results of the poll I requested in my email to the current Board on November 9 were: of 9 potential votes from all Board chairs, there were 7 votes in favor of the revised slate, with two not responding. The new slate is therefore passed.

Paul and Sue, please incorporate this result in your minutes from the October 5 Board meeting as an addendum. Thanks.
